12-Week Empowerment Men's Course

Groups in this 12 week Empowerment Course are intimate (<12 men) and meet weekly both online and in-person at Anam Croi Westport House. This is your chance to dive into personal and collective growth in an atmosphere that supports real conversations, sharing experiences, and building resilience.
It is an opportunity to embrace healthy masculinity and challenge limiting beliefs, fears, and shames that keep you from living your life empowered and connected.
Join these sessions to tap into the wisdom of elders, facilitators, and peers who provide structured guidance for self-reflection and decisive action. Every module is tailored to connect with a different archetype of masculinity through exercises that build community and resilience.
At the end of the 12-week course you will be part of a nurturing community that values authenticity, accountability, compassion, confidentiality, and growth and will last for much longer than the 12 weeks.

To dedicate our time completely to this course we are only starting two new groups in the Winter Season.
Group 1: Begins 1st December 2024 and Finishes 16th February
Group 2: Begins 30th December 2024 and Finishes 17th March 2025
We want to make this workshop to be accessible to everyone regardless of their economic circumstances, so we offer 3 Payment Options:
Pay it Forward: For those who want to use their abundance to make the course accessible to those with less monetary resources. €1395
Standard Payment: What we need to cover our costs, time and give everything we can to make sure you have a transformative experience. €1150
Concession: For men who are on unemployment, low-income, students, disability, or for whatever reason the standard payment is prohibitive. €880
